Stumbled upon a hurting land

Minds logic lost the original plan

We have the brain power to think our ways to higher chaos

I thought I knew everything

I walked away and ignored you. I hope I’m not alone

If I stumble will you still be the sidewalk for my failed heart to walk

I’ve been welcomed to the real world

Can’t say I’ll be sending any ‘thank you’ cards

Still I have come upon a discovery

When I chose to walk, my friend was telling me to run

The way I traveled this road, I can always take a turn and start a new journey

Isn’t it ironic, how I discovered life when I tired to run away from it
