Heaven’s Rain

Life of struggles, born into pain

But the road ends soon, it won’t be long

You see the clouds; you drown in life’s rain

Hope is near, born from faith

This road is long but there is healing on higher ground

Past the dark clouds, where grace is found

Every tear that falls is another prayer angels hear

Sometimes it takes the rain to calm the pain, so let it rain down

Let the dark clouds come around, there is no more to fear

So stand tall, look into the storm, no longer afraid

It only takes once being washed in Jesus name

To see that darkness really carries with it; heaven’s rain
